Marsh Vipers Mining Company by ChloexBowie Marsh Vipers Mining Company by ChloexBowie
"“There it is!” Vipir pointed at the building at the end of docks. The front entrance was in full sight, breaking and entering through there was indeed way too risky. If someone looked their way, they would be spotted immediately. That’s why Aronansa had to come. As they turned around the corner she could see a small window at the side of the warehouse. Both thieves crouched down behind some stacked up crates, overlooking the docks as well as both sides of the warehouse. The Bosmer quickly disposed herself of the hunters tunic that covered her armor. She checked her lock picks and reached for her dagger, its reassuring presence made her feel a bit more comfortable. Aronansa was a skilled archer and would not part from her bow, but every weapon had its limitations. It was good to have a backup. Vipir looked at the door.

“You know what to do, sis! Get in, get the stuff and get out; we will return to Riften filthy-rich!”

Aronansa looked at the small window on the side of the building, even she would have some difficulty getting in. Then again, no one ever said the job was easy!!"

I think this is a really important scene from Sharquelle 's 'Aronansa' as this is how the Thieves Guild get's hold of the ludicrously expensive Emerald necklace that Mercer reverse pickpockets onto Nansa  I really like drawing scenes between Nansa and Vipir like this as they have a unique chemistry that I like to try and capture. I'm pleased with how Wind-helmy this place looks, although if Vipir wasn't a Nord I would think he has lost his mind wearing that armour out in the snow!

As you can see on the sign, the Sigil of the Marsh Vipers is a Fine cut gem surrounded by a snake - or in this case I drew an Ouroboros.

Marsh Viper mines is a gem-mine in Blackmarsh where some of the highest quality gems known in Tamriel can be found. Unfortunately it is located in one of the most hostile environments in the entire province; making the gems not just rare, but also extremely expensive. They are only used and affordable to the best jewelers.

*Sigh* Lucky Aronansa!

Lucky Aronansa is right! :D

Nice work! I love that she's standing on Vipir's shoulders. The background is stunning as well.

Thank you! I'm glad you think so, my tablet is starting to die on me and it's taking more effort to get things looking the way I want! :sighs:

I love this one... in case you hadn't figured that out after my FB-messenger emoticon-bomb. :XD: This piece really captures that Windhelm atmosphere IMO... cold, windy, gloomy and close to inhospitable. I love what you did with the logo of Marsh Viper Mines, I bet they would be damn proud... if not; may they get eaten by a werecrocodile! And last but not least, Nansa and Vip; that can't go wrong... well, it goes wrong all the time if you are sensitive to criminal/dysfunctional behaviour but since I am not; perfect!

Probably the first picture of Nansa where you can't see her head or hair hahah! I thought this way of showing the action was more interesting! And the way Vipir grins as if he is saying 'You know what to do!' :D
