Aronansa in Solitude

I chose this scene from from one of the earlier chapters of Sharquelle 's fanfiction that's pre Mercer "romance" (if you can call it that!). I think some one of the most intense feelings in any romance is that sense of longing for a person and having no idea if that person feels the same way. In my experience love grows and grows exponentially, but never has the same sharp edge or beautiful melancholy as that initial longing.
